Life Stories; Merimbula

An initiative between Sapphire Coast Anglican College (Southern Campus) and the Mariner Park Retirement Village, Tura Beach.  The evening is to reflect upon the life stories of Mariner Park residents Berne & Neta Umback of Wyndham and Pauline Moulds of Eden...told via digital storytelling by the students of Sapphire Coast Anglican College.  Come and reflect upon and meet the students who interviewed, filmed and edited the movies that will be on display.  Come and reflect while enjoying a complimentary light supper.
This is a free community event, sponsored by schools first and the NAB.
When: 25th March

Starts: 6.00pm – 7.30pm

Bay Hospital Auxilary: Fete

On Easter Saturday the Bay Hospital Auxiliary will be holding a Fete from 8am to 1pm in the grounds of the Uniting Church, Beach Rd. Catalina.There will be stalls with cakes,jams,pickles,books and craft for sale along with a lucky bottle stand. A sausage sizzle and devonshire teas will be available also. For the children there will be lucky dips,face painting and also  Easter Bunny to talk to.A raffle will be held on the day with 1st prize being a $50 fuel voucher and 2nd prize chocolates and wine.
 Ample parking is available at the tennis courts. Come along to have a morning of fun while also picking up lots of goodies and supporting the Bay Hospital through the Auxiliary.

Eurobodalla Country Music & Social Club: Batemans

Eurobodalla Country Music & Social Club will be holding a free concert on Sunday 28 March at Mechanics Institute Hall, Nelligen commencing at 12 noon.
Light refreshments available, raffle and chocolate wheel.
Bev Stokes will be in attendance performing songs from her recently released album called "Memories of Home" which contains 21 songs. Other artists include Alan Neal, Nola O'Keefe, Steve O'Meley, Geoff Johnson, Ronny Bass.

Sapphire Coast Orchid Club
The Sapphire Coast Orchid Club’s regular monthly meeting will be held Thursday, 25 March at the CWA rooms Bega 7:30 pm. Members are reminded to have their display plants benched by 7:00pm.
Tonight you will learn how to fix orchids on mounts. Your instructor will be John Stubbs.
Visitors are always welcome at our meetings, so if you are interested in growing orchids please join us for the evening.
